Job summary

Parker Hannifin Baldwin Filters division is seeking a production operator to operate, set up and adjust production equipment, assist with tool room and maintenance, and ensure quality. You will monitor equipment, inspect parts, and complete production and quality paperwork while upholding safety rules.

Preferred candidate has minimum education and basic hand tools. Competitive hourly pay from $23.13 to $27.21, with annual incentive program and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Eighth grade education required.
• High school diploma preferred, with ~6 months work experience.
• Must own basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up and adjust production equipment as required.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions to supervision.
• Inspect parts for conformance to specifications.
• Service equipment (grease, lubricant, coolant) as needed.
• Complete production, productivity, inspection, downtime and SPC charts.
• Train new employees in the area as required.
• Keep area clean, orderly and safe; observe safety rules at all times.
• Ensure quality and safety of own work and compliance with company procedures.
