Qualifications

• Must own basic hand tools and be able to handle and transport materials and equipment weighing up to approx. 50 pounds. Must be able to use measurement/test equipment (caliper, micrometer).

Responsibilities

• Set up machines, equipment, or production lines.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance with minimal supervision.
• Understand specifications and work orders to ensure proper setup.
• Approve inspection reports as required.
• Conduct basic fabrication as needed.
• Monitor equipment for safety and report unsafe conditions.
• Complete downtime, scrap, and productivity reports.
