Qualifications

• Experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing, agricultural, warehouse or military setting.
• Basic computer/line control system familiarity is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate the production line with minimal supervision while meeting productivity, waste and quality targets.
• Perform minor mechanical repairs/adjustments; maintain line systems.
• Identify improvements to reduce waste and increase production within quality standards.
• Promote safety through involvement, ownership, and accountability.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Monitor and operate equipment to defined standards and product targets.
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct routine basic asset care and cleaning of work areas.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
