Job summary

Koozie Group in Red Wing, Minnesota is hiring a Machine Operator to support our climate controlled production floors. You will measure, center, align and position screens, inspect prints for defects, monitor feeding systems, and perform preventive maintenance while following safety policies.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to follow work instructions.
Must be able to read and understand work instructions, perform basic math, and adjust machines and tools.
Prior experience in manufacturing or as a machine operator is preferred.

Responsibilities

Measures, centers, aligns and positions screens for proper operation.
Examines product for ink smears, design position, print clarity, color accuracy or defects and adjusts equipment.
Ensures proper supplies are used for printing.
Monitors automatic feeding systems for maximum output.
Performs preventive maintenance such as daily cleaning and lubrication.
Maintains clean and safe work area.
Follows company safety policies.
