Job summary

Koozie Group, located in Red Wing, Minnesota, is hiring a Production Associate for the Koozie Cell. You will set up and operate semi-automated printing machines, follow work instructions, and ensure products meet quality standards before moving to the next step.

Training is provided, and advancement opportunities exist. The role offers all shifts (1st/2nd/3rd/weekend), a climate-controlled environment, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must read, write and speak English clearly.
• Basic math and ability to read work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machines for proper operation.
• Ensure supplies are correct for printing.
• Follow manufacturing orders and maintain quality standards.
• Inspect products for defects and adjust equipment as needed.
• Package products for shipping when required.
• Complete daily paperwork and reports.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks and keep area clean.
• Support teamwork and cross-training across departments.
