Koozie Group in Red Wing, MN is seeking a Machine Operator for full-time production work. Pay ranges from $17.50 to $19.00 per hour with shift premiums for 2nd and 3rd shifts. We offer training, a climate-controlled environment, and strong benefits as part of a People First culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Computer knowledge and ability to read and understand work instructions.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or production roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Measures, centers, aligns and positions screens for proper operation.
• Examines product for ink defects and adjusts equipment.
• Ensures proper supplies are used for printing.
• Monitors feeding systems for maximum output.
• Performs routine maintenance and cleaning.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area.
• Adheres to safety policies.
