Koozie Group in Red Wing, MN is seeking a Production Associate for the Koozie Cell. You will set up, adjust, and operate semi-automated printing machines, ensuring only quality items move on to the next step or to shipping. Reading work instructions and performing basic math are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• The ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Must be able to read and understand work instructions, perform basic math functions, and adjust machines/tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machines for proper operation.
• Ensure proper supplies are used for printing.
• Read and follow manufacturing orders to ensure prints meet specifications.
• Inspect product for defects and adjust equipment as needed.
• Maintain sewing equipment and related supplies.
• Potentially package products for shipping following correct procedures.
• Complete daily paperwork and reporting.
• Perform preventative maintenance like daily cleaning and lubrication.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and support teamwork.
