Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Machine Operator for the Avon, NY facility to operate and monitor packaging lines, perform start-ups and changeovers, and help ensure product quality and efficient production.

Job Description Machine Operator - Oscar Mayer Lunchables
Location: Avon, NY
Department: Production
Reports To: Production Supervisor
Union: Teamsters 118
Schedule: 10pm - 6:30 AM (Mandated OT, 4 hours in early or 4 hours stay late, Saturdays as needed)
Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
Frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Perform repetitive motions including bending, twisting, reaching, kneeling, and squatting.
Frequently climb stairs and work while wearing required PPE.
Work in temperatures ranging from cold storage (0°F) to production areas (40°F).
Work in environments with noise levels exceeding 85 decibels.
This position works in a food manufacturing environment and may be exposed to moving mechanical parts, wet or slippery surfaces, food allergens, cleaning chemicals, high noise levels, cold temperatures, and production equipment.
The role may require shift work, overtime, weekends, and holiday coverage based on business needs.
Starting Pay: $21.71 per hour
Second Shift Differential: $1.25 per hour
Third Shift Differential: $2.50 per hour
