Job summary

Heyco, a PennEngineering company, is seeking a Machine Operator for our Injection Molding Team in Toms River, NJ. Shift: Day A (Sun–Tue and every other Wed, 7a–7p). Rate: $19–$21/hour, with a 7% quarterly bonus, plus benefits.

You will monitor machines, inspect parts, keep materials stocked, and complete production reports in a fast-paced environment. We offer training, 80 hours PTO, 40 hours sick, 10 holidays, 401k with match, and a culture that values diversity and belonging.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience or training in molding/manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to read procedures and perform basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machines, report issues, and reset alarms.
• Sort, inspect, and pack finished parts.
• Maintain stocked raw materials and clean work area.
• Complete production reports and labeling.
• Follow safety and quality procedures.

Requirements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Experience/training in molding, manufacturing, mechanics, a plus.
• Ability to understand written and verbal procedures, instructions, and assignments.
• Ability to correctly perform calculations using basic mathematical skills
