Job summary

PennEngineering in Toms River, NJ is seeking an Assembly Machine Operator to support production by operating assembly machines and ensuring high-quality output.

The role requires starting and monitoring equipment, performing changeovers, and maintaining a clean, safe work area in a 7p-7a shift, Thursday through Saturday and every other Wednesday.

Qualifications

• Experience operating assembly machines preferred.
• Ability to follow quality procedures and safety rules.
• Willingness to learn and perform minor adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Start and operate assigned assembly machines.
• Monitor automated equipment to maintain production flow.
• Perform changeovers and minor repairs as needed.
• Package parts, create labels, and keep area organized.
• Follow quality procedures and report issues.

Pay: $23-$25, based on experience, rate includes a $4 shift differential.
