Randstad USA in Elk Grove Village, IL is seeking a manufacturing operator for an evening shift (05:45 PM - 06:15 AM). You will follow SOPs, conduct in-process quality checks, document all production activities, stage materials, manage finished goods, and assist with basic maintenance to keep the cell audit-ready.

Responsibilities include strict adherence to procedures, meticulous record-keeping, and supporting a safe, organized production area.

• Process control: strictly adhere to SOPs and manufacturing work instructions for the assigned machine.
• Quality assurance: perform systematic in-process quality checks and log results accurately.
• Documentation: complete production paperwork, downtime logs and quality documentation for traceability.
• Material management: stage raw materials and components and manage finished goods flow efficiently.
• Machine maintenance: assist in basic cleaning and maintenance, keeping the work cell organized and audit-ready.

Your responsibilities

• Process control: strictly adhere to all established standard operating procedures (sops) and manufacturing work instructions for the assigned machine.
• Quality assurance: perform systematic and documented in-process quality checks at required intervals, logging results accurately on control sheets or digital systems.
• Documentation: accurately complete all production paperwork, downtime logs, and quality documentation to ensure traceability and audit compliance.
• Material management: stage raw materials and components needed for the machine and manage the flow of finished goods efficiently.
• Machine maintenance: assist in scheduled basic cleaning and maintenance activities, ensuring the equipment and work cell are organized and audit-ready.

Dress code

• Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips.
• Pants without any holes or rips.
• No profane or suggestive texts and images.
• Closed toe and non slip footwear only.

Location: Elk Grove Village, IL

Work hours: 05:45 PM - 06:15 AM
