Responsibilities include setup, monitoring, quality checks with calipers/micrometers, and supporting material flow. Requires 1–3 years of experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

1–3 years of machine operating experience in manufacturing.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
High school diploma or GED; vocational training is a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor machine performance and inspect finished products using calipers and micrometers to ensure quality standards are met.
Assist in managing workflow by supporting production operations and material movement throughout the plant.
Perform routine preventive maintenance, troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, and clear equipment jams to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate production logs, track material usage, and follow all safety regulations while keeping a clean work environment.
