Position Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented, reliable Machine Operators to join a fast-growing medical device manufacturing facility. In this temp-to-hire role, you will operate production machinery, monitor quality, and help produce critical medical devices in a clean and compliant environment.

Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

• Jumpsuit / Cleanroom Gown
• Hairnet
• Safety Glasses
• Earplugs
• Steel-Toe Shoes / Boots

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and perform basic troubleshooting of automated or semi-automated medical manufacturing machinery.
• Wear required PPE (jumpsuit, hairnet, safety glasses, earplugs, steel toes) consistently and correctly during shifts.
• Perform quality inspections on finished medical components using basic measurement tools and visual checks.
• Follow strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and cleanroom safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate production logs, lot records, and material documentation.
• Package and prepare finished medical products for sterilization or shipment.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards.
