Job summary

ITW, a Fortune 200 global multi-industrial manufacturing leader, is hiring a Machine Operator for the Chippewa Falls, WI area. On a 12-hour shift, you will operate 14-15 injection molding machines, monitor production, and ensure quality.

You will inspect products, label and package per work instructions, and support continuous improvements. The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent), physical ability to lift up to 55 lbs, and good communication and basic computer skills.

The Machine Operator reports to the Manufacturing Cell Leader/Supervisor. The major areas of responsibility are: Maintaining production and quality demands.

• Operate 14-15 injection molding machines for production cell on 12-hour shift – walking/standing/squatting
• Inspect product as per work instructions
• Label and package product in compliance with work instructions and customer requirements
• Other tasks and duties as assigned, may include ladder climbing
