Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to ensure safe and efficient production of molded OES products per customer specifications and to ready items for shipping. The role emphasizes quality checks, adherence to cycle times, and safe handling in a largely on-site setting.

The position requires strong communication, safety awareness, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs in a mostly indoor environment, with occasional outdoor exposure during warm months.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate verbally or in writing.
• Ability to display safety orientation.
• Physically capable of walking, stairs, standing, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Reviews production specifications for each product SKU scheduled for production.
• Removes product from machine to maintain production schedule.
• Trims, files or cuts excess flash per specifications.
• Inspects pieces for quality and customer specs.
• Notifies supervisor of quality issues to limit production loss.
• Labels, packages, and stacks finished product for shipping.
• Maintains a clean, safe workstation and follows safety procedures.
