Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Florida seeks a full-time Machine Operator to run a stationary batching system weighing concrete materials and manage mold pouring. You’ll move materials, monitor quality, and perform basic PM on equipment.

The role requires reading simple instructions, good communication, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and manufacturing experience preferred; bilingual abilities are a plus in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Operates a stationary batching system that weighs out concrete materials
• Operates mobile equipment to move material from storage to weighing hoppers
• Operates a batching system to mix and pour concrete into molds
• Operate all equipment necessary to support production operations
• Maintain equipment and machines including basic preventative maintenance
• Responsible for quality control and assurance
