Position Overview

The role is based in the Metal Department, working within a team that manufactures high-quality products. The primary responsibility is operating CNC punch machines. No previous experience is necessary; full training will be provided from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery according to production needs.
• Set up machinery for manufacturing processes.
• Achieve departmental and company targets.
• Inspect and test manufactured products to ensure quality.
• Follow departmental systems and procedures, including health & safety regulations, housekeeping, work instructions, 5S, and quality standards.

Skills, Experience, and Person Specification

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Work accurately under tight deadlines.
• Experience with similar machinery is preferable but not essential.
• Understanding of mechanical drawings or artwork is advantageous.
• Full training will be provided.
