Best Buy Metals LLC is seeking a machine operator/material handler in Asheville, NC. The role focuses on setting up, operating, and maintaining metal cutting/forming equipment, reading production orders, and ensuring accuracy with precision tools.

You will also monitor machines, log data, and perform other duties as assigned. We offer steady hours, weekly pay at $19 per hour, and benefits after a probationary period, plus PTO, holidays, and a 401(k).

Responsabilités

• Set up, operate, and perform preventive maintenance to machines used to cut and form metal material.
• Read work orders or production schedules to determine specifications.
• Measure completed work pieces to verify conformance to specifications using micrometers, gauges, calipers, templates, or rulers.
• Start machines, monitor their operations, and record operational data.
• Other applicable duties as assigned.

Here’s what we’ll offer you:

• Steady, consistent hours. Weekly pay $19.00 per hour,we work Monday-Friday
• Benefits (1st of the month after 60 day of service)
• PTO (32 hours after 90 days of service then another 40 hours after one year)
