Job summary

Boulder Connect is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance in a specialized industrial facility in Vermont. The role involves documenting work in maintenance software and maintaining critical equipment such as pumps, hydraulic systems, conveyors, and bearings.

Required are 4+ years of maintenance experience with 2+ years in electrical troubleshooting. Proficiency with CMMS SAP and Microsoft Office is preferred; forklift and leadership

Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance in a specialized industrial facility.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Documenting work and conditions using maintenance software
• Installing, maintaining, testing, and repairing components such as pumps, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, conveyors, and bearings
• Operating tools and heavy equipment safely
• Reading schematics, blueprints, and manuals
• Adhering to safety policies and maintaining a clean work environment
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications Include

• Minimum 4 years of maintenance experience and 2 years of electrical troubleshooting, including VFDs and control voltages
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and in varied indoor/outdoor conditions with PPE
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, 18+ years old, with a high school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills and planning experience

Preferred Skills

• Forklift operation and leadership experience
• Familiarity with CMMS systems like SAP and Microsoft Office
• Technical maintenance degree and inventory management experience
• Ability to calibrate pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical assemblies
