The role offers a path to specialization in Mixing, Forming, Automated Production, and Secondary Packaging, with a rotating 12-hour schedule. Eligible candidates typically have 3+ months in manufacturing, a mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of related manufacturing or machine-operation experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operating guidelines.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and measurements.
• Ability to complete routine production and quality documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and other departments.
• Willingness to learn ShopLogix and SafetyChain production-tracking systems.
• Ability to obtain CCP1 and CCP2 certifications.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work a rotating 12-hour schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physical production tasks.

Responsabilités

• Learn to set up, operate, and monitor assigned manufacturing equipment.
• Operate processing, packaging, portioning, conveying, and cooking equipment.
• Monitor product weights, shapes, colors, and other quality specifications.
• Perform scheduled quality checks and documentation.
• Identify equipment or production issues and report concerns to supervision.
• Assist with equipment adjustments and changeovers.
• Follow production schedules, procedures, and equipment instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate with team members to maintain production flow and safety.
