Job summary

Rosina Food Products, Inc. in Buffalo, NY, is hiring Machine Operator (B) to operate and monitor packaging, forming, and processing equipment. You will perform setups, adjustments, and product changeovers while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role offers a rotating 12-hour schedule and opportunities across Mixing, Forming, Automated Production, Freezer Operations, and Secondary Packaging. Training and advancement are available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of related manufacturing or machine-operation experience or training.
• Ability to operate multiple pieces of equipment with minimal supervision.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting abilities.
• CCP1 and/or CCP2 certification is required.
• Familiarity with safety, quality standards, and production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor multiple pieces of manufacturing equipment across similar production lines.
• Operate portioning, conveying, cooking, mixing, forming, packaging, and other automated production equipment.
• Complete equipment changeovers and adjustments according to production requirements.
• Maintain product specifications (weights, temperatures, appearance) and perform quality checks.
• Train and support new Machine Operators and assist with onboarding.
