Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Dedicated Machine Operator for a company based in Lewisville, TX. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining production machinery to fabricate components, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–4:30 pm and a pay rate of $18–$20 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, operating die/wire bonders and other devices, monitoring performance, and maintaining logs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing or engineering role.
• Ability to read technical documents blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance.
• Solid understanding of safety procedures and standard operating practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with team members.
• Ability to maintain accurate production logs and documentation.

Job DescriptionJob Description Fast Photonics - Machine Operator Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Dedicated Machine Operator for a company based in Lewisville, Texas. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery used in the production and fabrication of components, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality requirements. Pay Rate:$18 to $20 based on experience. Schedule and Hours:Monday through Friday 6am to 4:30pm
