VSSI Staffing – Haltom City is hiring Laser Operators in Ft. Worth- 76110

LASER OPERATOR 1st or 2nd Shift:

• 1st shift starts at 6:00am or 7:00 am and ends in 8 to 10 hours.
• 2nd shift starts from 2:00 to 3:00 pm and ends in 8 to 10 hours.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Job Description:

Our firm is looking for a Laser Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma. A successful candidate must be capable of working independently and with minimal supervision and have prior experience in a similar position. This position is primarily focused on operating laser equipment associated with manufacturing operations.

Job Type:

Full-time, temp to perm

Ability to commute:

• Fort Worth, TX 76110: Reliably commute.

Experience:

• CNC laser cutting: 2 years (Required).
• Read tape measurements.
• Work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Proper PPE, i.e. work boots, safety glasses, etc.
• Stand 10 or more hours per day.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Must be reliable, attendance issues will not be tolerated.
• Must pass a drug test.
• Must pass a 7-year felony criminal background check.
• Misdemeanors on a case-by-case basis.
• Broken English okay.
