Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Dedicated Machine Operator for a company based in Lewisville, TX. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining production machinery to fabricate components, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–4:30 pm and a pay rate of $18–$20 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, operating die/wire bonders and other devices, monitoring performance, and maintaining logs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing or engineering role.
• Ability to read technical documents blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance.
• Solid understanding of safety procedures and standard operating practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with team members.
• Ability to maintain accurate production logs and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start production cycles.
• Operate a variety of engineering machinery such as die bonders, wire bonders, plasma cleaners, optical alignment systems, and functional test sets.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust settings for optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production logs and documentation.
• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve processes and resolve technical issues.
