Lafarge & Egge in Everett, WA, is seeking an experienced Machine Operator III to join our aerospace-focused manufacturing team on dayshift (5:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.). You will operate CNC bending and deburring equipment, perform advanced programming, and help develop optimized manufacturing processes.
The role emphasizes transferable skills such as mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn, with on-the-job training provided to work with tubing equipment and related processes.

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator III to join our manufacturing team on a dayshift schedule (5:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.) to support our aerospace manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for operating CNC bending and deburring equipment, as well as performing advanced programming and process development to ensure high-quality tubing components.
While this position involves tube manufacturing, prior experience, specifically in tubing or tubing equipment is not required. We provide comprehensive, on-the-job training for all of our equipment and processes. We are primarily seeking candidates with transferable skills such as machine operation, mechanical aptitude, or manufacturing experience who are eager to learn and grow within our specialized production environment
