Job summary

Lafarge & Egge is seeking a Machine Operator II to join our manufacturing team on a dayshift (5:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.). You will operate CNC tube bending and deburring equipment, with comprehensive on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings and specs.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control in manufacturing.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate tube deburring equipment and fitting installation equipment.
• Perform machine programming and Vision Measurement Machine (VMM) programming.
• Fabricate, handle, and move materials to meet production schedules and lead times.
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime.
• Ensure all products meet aerospace quality and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
