Lafarge & Egge is seeking a Welder 3 to fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures. The role requires reading blueprints and executing complex TIG and Orbital welds on stainless steel and aerospace alloys to stringent quality standards.
Work alongside engineering and production teams to maintain schedules, ensure safety, and deliver durable welds across various projects. A minimum 5 years of welding experience and ITAR eligibility are expected.

About the Role:
The Welder 3 position is a skilled trade role focused on performing complex welding tasks to fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components. This role requires precision and expertise in various welding techniques to ensure the integrity and safety of welded products. The Welder 3 will work closely with engineering and production teams to interpret blueprints and specifications, ensuring all welds meet stringent quality standards. This position plays a critical role in maintaining production schedules by efficiently completing welding assignments while adhering to safety protocols. Ultimately, the Welder 3 contributes to the overall success of manufacturing or construction projects by delivering high-quality, durable welds that meet or exceed industry standards.
