Job summary

ESAPCO is seeking a Machine Operator 2 to set up and operate various production machines at our Dyersville facility. You will read blueprints, select CNC programs, and monitor feeds and speeds to meet print specifications.

Responsibilities include inspecting parts, adjusting setups, and maintaining equipment and safety standards with minimal supervision. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in machine operation preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Set up tools, machines, and fixtures for production.
• Operate automated and semi-automated machinery to produce parts.
• Select programs on CNC machines to match drawings.
• Load/unload material and prepare machines for runs.
• Inspect parts during production and verify measurements.
• Maintain clean work area and adhere to safety procedures.
