Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Machine Operator based in Lee's Summit, MO. This day shift runs from 6:45 AM to 7:00 PM on a 2-2-3 schedule, with every other weekend off. Weekly pay starts at $24.20 per hour and benefits begin day one, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and a 401(k) with company match.

The Operator will run multiple blow molding machines, perform mold changes, and assist maintenance to ensure safe, high-quality production while meeting efficiency targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing shown by work history.
• Regular, predictable, and punctual attendance is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines and maintaining service.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments within standard practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety, health, quality GMP, and company policies and procedures.
• Perform mold, insert and color changes on the line as needed.
• Help maintenance and other operators, and participate in preventive maintenance.
• Complete and file production documentation in a timely manner.
