Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician based in Lee's Summit, MO. This day shift role operates 6:45am to 7:00pm on a 2-2-3 schedule (every other weekend). Weekly pay up to $33.65 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with match starting day one. The technician installs, maintains, and repairs production equipment and facilities, ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Two year Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred.
• Five years Industrial Maintenance Technician experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required.
• Proficiency with basic computer usage and typing.”

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, health, quality GMP policies and company procedures.
• Focus on producing quality product by monitoring quality levels and adjusting processes.
• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Read and interpret manuals and work orders for maintenance tasks.
• Use hand and power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance.
