Job summary

PEAK Technical Services Inc. seeks experienced Machine Operators to set up, program, and operate industrial-grade machines that form, cut, bend, size, and machine aerospace-quality components from nickel, stainless steel, and titanium alloys.

You will follow written instructions and drawings, use precision instruments to check tolerances, document work in the paperless timecard system, and work under direct supervision in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

Basic understanding of manufacturing planning and sketches.
Ability to know when to stop and ask for clarification.
Understand proper setup and use of tooling associated with machines.
Familiarity with machine tools, precision instruments, and good manual dexterity.
Required to perform shop mathematics associated with machining operations.
High School diploma or equivalent GED required.

Responsibilities

Set up, program, and operate industrial-grade machines to form, cut, bend, size, and machine components.
Ensure proper setup of machines to yield quality parts conforming to tolerances.
Follow written instructions, sketches, drawings and documents.
Use precision measuring instruments to check tolerances and quality of parts.
Document work in the manufacturing planning and paperless timecard system.
Work under direct oversight.
