Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation's Exotic Metals Forming Division is seeking an Aerospace Machine Operator to setup, program, and operate aerospace-grade machines forming nickel, stainless, and titanium components. Multiple shifts available.

You will read drawings, verify tolerances with precision instruments, document production steps, and follow safety procedures. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and basic shop math skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing drawings and tolerances.
• Ability to perform shop mathematics related to machining.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines to yield quality parts within tolerances.
• Follow written instructions, sketches, drawings and documents.
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify part dimensions.
• Perform work in accordance with safety standards.
• Document manufacturing steps in planning and timecard system.
• Work under direct supervision.
