TreeHouse Foods in Faison, NC is hiring a Machine Operator II to support the production team on the 2nd shift (4pm–1am, Mon–Fri with some weekends). This full-time role involves operating and setting up food manufacturing equipment safely, maintaining GMP housekeeping, and ensuring a steady production flow.

You should be detail-oriented, able to follow SOPs and instructions, communicate effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

The Machine Operator role at the Faison location provides support to the production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Running various food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Performing facility/work area housekeeping duties in accordance with good manufacturing practices and company policies and procedures.
• Set up machinery according to SOP standards for each production run.
• Stay with assigned machine while in operation
• Ensure steady flow for production, eliminating any interruption during production process

Important Details

this is a full-time permanent role on 2nd shift, which operates from 4pm-1am Monday through Friday with some weekends. Shift differential included.
