TreeHouse Foods in North Carolina is hiring a Machine Operator II for the Faison facility on the 2nd shift (4pm–1am, Monday–Friday with some weekends). You will run food manufacturing processing equipment, set up machinery per SOPs, and support production flow while maintaining safety and housekeeping.

This full-time role offers shift differential and opportunities for career growth within a diverse team that values accuracy, communication, and teamwork.

Job Description:

About this Role:

The Machine Operator role at the Faison location provides support to the production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Running various food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Performing facility/work area housekeeping duties in accordance with good manufacturing practices and company policies and procedures.
• Set up machinery according to SOP standards for each production run.
• Stay with assigned machine while in operation.
• Ensure steady flow for production, eliminating any interruption during production process.

Important Details:

this is a full-time permanent role on 2nd shift, which operates from 4pm-1am Monday through Friday with some weekends. Shift differential included.

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and remain focused in ever-changing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide accurate and complete information to internal and external customers.
