Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Wisconsin Manawa is hiring an Operator II for the 2nd shift in our Sugar Free Production team. This full-time role runs 2:00pm-10:00pm, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $26.81 per hour plus a shift differential.

You will inspect material, load raw materials, record production data, set up machines, perform changeovers and quality checks to keep production moving smoothly. Ideal candidates bring experience in a manufacturing environment, especially as a machine

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience following instructions and processes with clear communication.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; food manufacturing a plus.
• Previous experience as a machine operator.

About the Role:

The Operator II role at the Manawa location provides support to the Sugar Free Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Inspect material, products, and containers at each step of packaging process
• Load raw materials and packaging into machines
• Record production data, review records and specifications, complete all necessary paperwork
• Set up machines for production runs and make adjustments
• Perform deep cleans and changeovers
• Complete quality checks

This full-time role pays $26.81 per hour plus an applicable shift differential. Hours are 2:00pm-10:00pm, Monday - Friday.

About You:

You’ll fit right in if you have:

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator
