The core responsibilities of this role include: Production, Manufacturing, Warehouse, General Labor, Forklift, Quality Control, Material Handler, Loader/Unloader, Equipment Operator, Reach truck, Dock Stocker.

Position: Machine Operator
Shift: 7:30 am to 7:30 pm, Monday – Sunday, 3 days on/3 days off with a $2.00 shift differential. Overtime required based on business needs.
Pay: $20.08 per hour
Additional Incentives: All full-time employees are eligible for quarterly attendance and safety incentive bonuses.

The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of experience in: Production, Manufacturing, Warehouse, General Labor, Line Operator. Specific skills include:

• Effective communication of issues between operators, supervisors, and maintenance.
• Operation and maintenance of palletizers, stretch-wrappers, labelers, or willingness to be trained.
• Safe operation of forklifts, man-lifts, scissor-lifts, or willingness to be trained.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet browsers for documentation.

Machine Operator II Role Profile

Role Purpose: The Machine Operator II debags inventory, prepares bulk bags, maintains a clean work area, and changes waste product bulk bags. Responsible for understanding quality specifications and operating equipment accordingly. Maintains logs and data sheets, reporting to the shift supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Debag product for re-bagging and blending.
• Change waste bulk bags as needed.
• Report and repair damaged packaging.
• Verify product labeling accuracy.
• Maintain quality standards for machinery and equipment.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Operate forklifts to move products and materials.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Education and Experience:

• Forklift operator certification or completion of training within 30 days of employment, preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred.
• Three months of warehouse experience, preferred.
• Six months of forklift operation experience, preferred.
