Job summary

Workrite Ergonomics in Petaluma, CA, is seeking a machine operator for our Woodshop to operate and maintain woodworking machinery for precise fabrication of our products. You will follow detailed drawings, cut sheets and job orders to ensure quality and efficiency.

The role offers a first shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with competitive pay and strong benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid holidays and vacation, and 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• Entry level position.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills required.
• Ability to learn and transact in an ERP system.
• Speak, read, write, and understand basic English.

Responsibilities

• Safe and correct setup and use of equipment including but not limited to: Tmolder, drill press, Kerf cutter, pin router, table saw and precision measuring tools.
• Maintain standards set by quality assurance.
• Understand and utilize detailed drawings, cut sheets, work instructions and job orders.
• Assemble and package products.
• Inspect parts and machinery for errors.
• Use PPE as required (hearing protection, safety glasses, safety toe shoes).
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Adhere to safety regulations.
