The position operates on a rotating 3rd shift (5:30 PM–5:30 AM) with a starting pay of $23.00 per hour plus a $2.00 shift premium. Potential earnings up to $29.25/hour with training and premiums.

Description: The Machine Operator position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of automatic packaging, filling, cutting, labeling and sealing equipment that produce canister‑style disinfectant wipes. This role works in a team environment at a machine that helps produce the hard surface disinfectant product. This position works in a clean, consistent and safety‑conscious environment.

The Basics:

Position: Machine Operator

Location: 1113 Maryland Avenue, Sheboygan, WI

Shift: Rotating 3rd Shift; 2-2-3 Rotation 5:30PM - 5:30AM

• Longer shifts = Less shifts each week!

Pay: Starting rate: $23.00 per hour

• Includes a $2.00 per hour shift premium!
• Make up to $29.25 per hour through additional training & shift premiums!
• FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.

What You’ll Do

• Work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Accurately complete required production documentation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes as needed.
• Follow PPE & GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
• Attend start-up/tailgate meetings for team & company communications.
• Perform basic troubleshooting.
• This position is designated as Safety‑Sensitive (This position is one in which the associate’s inability or impaired ability to perform their job‑related tasks could result in a direct threat to the associate’s safety or the safety of others.)

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, grab and twist.
• Physical examination and pre‑employment drug screen will be required upon conditional job offer.

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred)

• Previous experience with machines, heavily‑automated environments, or previous general production.
• Troubleshooting & problem‑solving skills.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
