Job summary

Custom Pipe & Fabrication Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator I to ensure on-time quality parts. The role requires operating and monitoring machinery, performing quality checks, and aiding maintenance. Candidates should be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions with accuracy.

The position may require shifts, physical lifting, and standing for long periods. Factory experience and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus. Pre-employment drug testing and U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent work experience may be substituted.
• Willingness to follow written or oral work instructions and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Start and stop machines safely without supervision.
• Place unfinished parts and remove finished parts from machines.
• Monitor machine operation and check part quality with designated measurement instruments.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of machinery.
• Operate tools and machinery to aid the manufacturing process.
• Perform periodic checks and troubleshoot issues.
• Oversee machine operation and adjust to improve results.
• Record machine actions and log completed parts for records.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by plant manager.
