Job summary

ALPLA Group in Florence, KY is hiring a Machine Operator for plastic extrusion/stretch blow molding. You will oversee production to packaging, ensure products meet specifications, and maintain accurate shift records.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a mechanical mindset. You’ll work in a team environment with training and safety as priorities.

Responsibilities

• Overall line responsibility from production to packaging.
• Ensure goods are produced and packaged to spec and quantity.
• Accurately record goods produced and issues during shift.
• Ensure product meets all quality specifications.
• Perform color change and autonomous maintenance as needed.
• Line cleaning and line clearance.
• Assist Mold Change Team with changes when required.
• Work collaboratively to maximize team efficiency.

Schedule: 6 pm to 6:30 am, 12-hours (2-2-3 rotation weekends) - May differ during training, so candidate must be flexible to train on days.

• Ensure goods are produced and packaged in correct quantity and in accordance with agreed specifications
