Carlisle Construction Materials in Denver, CO is seeking a Machine Operator I to set up, operate and troubleshoot a production machine. You will follow work orders, perform quality checks, and assist with packaging while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates safe working practices and attention to detail.
• Able to safely operate a sit-down forklift – CCM forklift certification required.
• Follow CCM policies, procedures, and processes.
• Good communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Basic computer, mathematics, and problem-solving skills; calculator use.
• Ability to use measuring devices (gauges, tapes, rulers).
• Team player capable of following instructions and learning new equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, thread material through, and operate one machine independently.
• Follow daily manufacturing work orders and note any specifics.
• Assist with operation of other machinery under supervision.
• Assist with end-of-line packaging as needed.
• Band and palletize coils/sheets and label finished products.
• Perform quality checks for lengths, widths, and weights.
