Responsibilities include operating machinery, setting up tooling, loading programs, and completing paperwork. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work on-site, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, required.
• Self-motivated with the ability to follow instructions and work within a diverse workforce.
• Prior experience operating a forklift is a plus.
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure within 1/16th of an inch.
• Attention to detail with a desire to produce high quality and accurate work in a safe manner.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Strength and stamina: lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery used in the production process for the assembly line.
• Set up tooling, load programs, and set machine parameters.
• Accurately complete all paperwork associated with the position.
• Load and unload items from machines and carts; band finished product.
• Build wood crates and packaging for finished metal products.
• Feed or place items onto equipment for processing.
• Mark parts for identification.
• Measure length and work with tight tolerances.
