Qualifications

• CDL-Class A license required.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing or industrial construction experience preferred.
• High mechanical aptitude required.
• Experience with handheld tools and assembling parts required.
• Must read a tape measure.
• Reading blueprints is preferred.
• Able to work at heights.
• Forklift and crane experience preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends.
• Able to interact effectively with all levels of personnel in a teamwork environment.
• Must comply with company safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversees or loads and unloads truck and secures cargo.
• Transport project material between multiple facilities.
• Maintain truck log and inspect equipment as required.
• Report maintenance items and safety concerns.
• Operate hand and power tools as required.
• Follow all safety policies.
• Assemble modular structures and conveyance using tools per job specs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and procedures.
• Provide personal tools as per department list.
• Perform setup, material handling and minor maintenance.
• Maintain area housekeeping.
• Participate in continuous improvement and meet smart goals.
• Promote a positive working environment and perform other duties.
