Qualifications

• 0–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and blueprints.
• Basic math skills required.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong focus on quality, safety and production standards.
• Dependable attendance and solid work ethic.
• Willingness to learn new machinery and processes.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate at least one production machine or cell independently.
• Perform support tasks: material cutting, facing, drilling, polishing, bore blasting, inventory handling.
• Track machine time and production activity using the kiosk system.
• Obtain required quality inspections and sign-offs throughout the process.
• Monitor production and report quality, material, or equipment concerns promptly.
• Ensure jobs meet production standards and timelines.
• Coordinate with supervisors and coworkers to keep workflow smooth.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
