Job summary

Mativ Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator I to support production teams, assist operators, manage materials, and pack finished products. This role reports to the production leader and involves operating extrusion lines, reading production docs, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualified candidates will have strong communication, basic math, and the ability to work overtime. The position offers comprehensive benefits and starts at $26.25 per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read production paperwork and customer specs.
• Set up machines for production according to guidelines.
• Perform changeovers on extrusion line per specs.
• Audit material usage and loading.
• Enter production data into ERP system.
• Inspect and prepare customer samples per specs.
• Perform tooling changes or machine adjustments.
• Propose improvements to methods, equipment, and quality.
