Job summary

Mattr is seeking a Production Operator to support manufacturing by operating and monitoring extrusion/expansion, cutting, and spooling equipment. You will ensure product quality, safety, and efficiency while following SOPs and contributing to continuous improvement.

Training will be provided for equipment and processes in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, basic math and measurement skills, and the ability to read gauges.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred ( extrusion, blow molding, or injection molding a plus).
• Ability to read gauges and perform measurements to specifications.
• Basic computer skills for inputting production data.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment across spooling, extrusion/expansion, and cutting processes.
• Monitor machine operation and adjust for quality and efficiency.
• Read work orders to determine product specs and material requirements.
• Load spools and prepare packaging.
• Inspect pieces for defects and sort by quality.
• Support safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
