Mativ is seeking an Operator I Extruder for the 1st shift to efficiently and safely operate an extrusion line, including setup, startup, and troubleshooting. The role requires reading schedules, BOMs, and SOCs, and ensuring product quality and proper packaging. Overtime may be required.
Responsibilities include tooling setup, resuming operation after changes, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The position emphasizes accuracy in data entry and process control.

Efficiently and safely perform the duties of operating an extrusion line machine, including setup, startup, troubleshooting, and continuous operation of equipment. Shift schedule is 8AM-4PM. Must be willing and available to work overtime as needed.
This position has an hourly base wage of $19.56 an hour and hours worked between 4pm-8am are eligible for a $1 per hours shift differential.
