Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Machine Operator I based in Mason, Ohio. This DAY SHIFT role operates on a rotating 2/2/3 schedule (6:48am to 7:00pm) with benefits on day one.

The Operator handles cold glue labeling lines and related equipment, performs adjustments or minor repairs, and ensures safe, efficient production of containers. You will monitor quality, document results, and support teammates on the busy production floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs.
• Regular, predictable attendance and willingness to overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate a number of cold glue labeling machines and related equipment.
• Make adjustments or minor repairs to ensure safe, efficient production of containers.
• Load materials and perform changeovers as needed.
• Maintain quality checks and document results.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and line support as needed.
