Job summary

The role is a full-time, 4-day/10-hour shift, Monday through Thursday, with hours 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. Responsibilities include removing molded parts, inspecting and trimming as needed, performing post-mold operations, packing finished parts, and maintaining shift production statistics for the Lead Operator.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Some manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required.
• Must demonstrate a solid work history and attendance record.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Assemble desiccators and pipette pumps from component parts.
• Test the completed desiccators and pipette pumps; prepare for shipment.
• Remove molded products from the molding machine and inspect/trim as needed.
• Pack finished or semi-finished parts into master cartons and label as required.
• May operate a regrinding machine or assist on other machines as demand rises.
• Maintain production statistics and report to the Lead Operator at end of shift.
