Job summary

SP Industries Inc. is seeking a Picker/Packer in Pocomoke City, MD to support daily order fulfillment and shipping operations. This full-time, first-shift role runs Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm, with responsibilities spanning picking, packing, labeling, and preparing parcels for shipment.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, basic math and computer literacy, and a reliable work history. Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic math skills and computer literacy preferred.
• One to three months related experience in a warehouse setting preferred but not necessary.
• Must demonstrate a solid work history and attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Read and fill customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed.
• Assemble and pack customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves or convey orders to packing station or shipping department.
• Mark materials with identifying information and maintain shipping records.
• Prepare parcels for mailing.
• Maintain inventory records.
